Goodbye Grandma

This is one of the last visits I had with my grandmother before heading back to school. She passed away this morning at 2 am.
These are the moments that really make me tear as a photographer.
I know she will always live on in my heart and mind but now she may live on in the eyes of future generations.
I love you.
